The nature of Managed Graphics business means our work is diversified and wide ranging across a range of media. We refer to ourselves as ‘All In-House” which enables us to act faster and deliver quickly without having to go through middle men. We also provide a trade service for graphic design and print/marketing companies who don’t have the facilities we do, but essentially most of our services are delivered directly to our own clients, the end users.

Property & Building Maintenance

Managed Graphics have always undertaken a great deal of work inside our client’s own premises, whether it be signage, display, interior graphics or lighting effects, so it seemed a natural step to create a separate division specialising purely in shop-fitting, property and building maintenance. This developed from being solely our own in-house installation team with expertise in Electrics, Lighting, AV and Joinery. Some of the team came from a property maintenance discipline and were experienced in providing these services to domestic customers as well as national hotel chains.

The opportunity to diversify and create a new company to deliver these services to a new range of clients who we weren’t necessarily providing signage or graphics services for seemed natural and so Property Doctor was created.

Property Doctor provides building maintenance services on a local level for many national blue chip companies including Nando’s Chicken Land and Hilton Hotels as well as domestic and commercial properties.
